THE FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

My name is Chuck Howard and I’m a small business owner. My main business is creating production fixtures and equipment. I always want my creations to work well and also be aesthetically pleasing. The latter part is what led me down the path to creating Kangaroo Extrusion.

In order to make nice looking custom boxes, covers, etc. I ended up using a modular approach; in my opinion this is the best approach because if I need to update a panel I can just swap it out. On early projects I had the corner pieces machined which was expensive. Ultimately I decided to have the profile extruded to be more efficient and save money. I also thought maybe other people would be interested too. I use the products on this website for my designs and believe they are a better solution than alternatives.

What is currently on this website is just the beginning! I’m looking into creating additional types of extrusion (and more accessories) for my projects and yours. I’m looking to put all of the sheet metal fabricators out of business! (wait, no, just kidding). Some of the things I’m considering are; pre-machined / anodized sets of posts in standard lengths, additional sizes for different panel thicknesses, more angle choices besides 90 degrees (for example 45 degrees), corner cubes, etc. What off-the-shelf items customers buy and also custom solution requests will have a large impact on what direction I go on products and services offered in the future. I respectfully request that you help me on my journey to create the world’s best & best looking modular box (a.k.a. enclosure, guard, control box, display case, custom cabinet, etc.) system and try Kangaroo Extrusion products!
